Thai Coco is inspired by Chef Jenny’s traditional Thai family recipes and a passion for bringing people together through food.

Growing up in Bangkok, Thailand, Jenny Lertvisudth was always inspired by her mother and grandparents’ love of cooking. After moving to Canada to pursue a Business Administration degree, Jenny saw the opportunity to permanently immigrate and share her passion for Thai cuisine. In 1999, Jenny and her sister, Jessie, opened Pad Thai Restaurant in Pitt Meadows, B.C., which has since developed into an award-winning dining establishment in the area with a loyal following.

Thai Coco, Chef Jenny’s latest venture, is a celebration of fresh ingredients, bold flavours and authentic Thai cooking.
